Women make up only 28% of the workforce in science, tech-nology, engineering and math (STEM field), which is such a noticeable issue that the WTM program is aiming to solve.
Ever since its creation in 2012, this program provides visibility, community, and resources for women in technology with the help of its ambassadors.
WTM Algiers is a local community based at the Higher National School of Computer Science in Algiers (ESI ex INI). Just like any other WTM chapter,
